CANCELLATION POLICY: Esthetic Haus has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation/no show you will incur the full service charge. To book any future appointments your account must be settled.
LATE POLICY: Appointments in which the client arrives more than 15 minutes late is considered a “no shows”. We have the right to reschedule or refuse service.
RESCHEDULING POLICY: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by logging into your Booker Account. Click on YOUR NAME, MY APPOINTMENTS, and then CANCEL. After you cancel your appointment you can reschedule by booking another date and time. We request that this be done 24 hours in advance.
We want clients to be satisfied with their products but we understand if a product doesn’t work out. To return a product, clients must do so within 14 days with a receipt. Refunds will be credited as store credits only. Store credits can be used on products or services.
