Book Appointment

Haus Rules & Policies

At Esthetic Haus, we value our time. For this reason, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. You will incur the entire service charge if a late cancellation/no-show appointment occurs. Your account must be settled before rebooking to schedule future appointments with us.

Appointments in which the client arrives more than five minutes late (without notifying us) are considered a no-show appointment. We have the right to reschedule or refuse service.

Our online booking system doesn’t allow for “rescheduling.” To amend an existing appointment online, you must cancel the original appointment and then book a new one, which requires a new deposit. If you want to rebook an existing appointment without paying a new deposit, please call us for further assistance or email bookings@esthetichaus.com.

You may cancel your appointment by logging into your Meevo Account. Click on YOUR NAME, MY APPOINTMENTS, CANCEL, and SELECT REASON WHY CANCELLING. You can reschedule after you cancel your appointment by booking another date and time. This must be done 24 hours in advance, or you are subject to the cancellation fee.

If you cancel an appointment via voicemail during non-working hours, that is not a proper cancellation and will not be treated as such. We won’t receive the voicemail until the next working day, which prevents us from filling the appointment in time. Your best option is to cancel via the email or text notification you receive 48 and 24 hours before your appointment or by logging into your Meevo account. The second best option is to email us at bookings@esthetichaus.com. Remember, social media DM’s are not the proper channel to book and cancel appointments.

Esthetic Haus is a career-based spa company, meaning we operate on a tiered pricing system—each of our staff members is in charge of their own promotions. Each esthetician’s price will reflect the demand of time required to perform each service, allowing for a beauty budget that fits everyone’s needs.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX for all payments and only accept cash tips (if you choose to leave one).

All sales of services and products are FINAL. Additionally, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Brow Lamination FAQs

A brow lamination typically lasts anywhere from four to six weeks and has zero downtime—you can head out on the town immediately after your session. Be sure to follow the aftercare routine.

Maintaining conditioned brow hairs is essential, and we’ve curated the ideal solution in the form of our specialized brow elixir. Each night, a single drop of this serum will condition your brow hairs, ensuring optimal health. A brow lift requires minimal upkeep, primarily involving conditioning your hair and styling it according to your preference.

  • Keep brows dry for 24 hours.
  • Use Esthetic Haus Brow Elixir or Neubrow 24 hours after treatment and daily.
  • Do not allow prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat for at least 24 hours (sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pools).
  • No self-tanning products should be used on the face for 48 hours after treatment.
  • Avoid the temptation to over-touch the brow area after treatment. Touching can add oils from fingers, and this could clog pores.

Lash Lift FAQs

A lash lift is a semi-permanent curl for your lashes. This service is great if your lashes grow straight out or down and you want the appearance of longer, fuller lashes. Visit our lash lift page to learn more about how this service is performed.

When cared for properly, lash lifts can last about 8 weeks.

Yes. You should refrain from using any type of lash growth serum 72 hours prior to your appointment because it can negatively affect the results of your lash lift.

At Esthetic Haus, we advise you to avoid wearing mascara for at least 24 hours to let the treatment fully set in place. Additionally, you must wait 24 hours before getting your lashes wet—swimming, sweating, saunas, and steam.

Everyone’s lashes are different, but on average, we recommend getting a lash lift every eight to ten weeks.

Waxing FAQs

We require your hair to be about ¼ inch or longer so the wax can properly grab the hair and pull it from the root.

Both waxing and threading pull the hair out of the follicle, but the way they perform this act differs. Waxing involves applying warm wax to the skin and removing the hairs in one swift pulling motion while threading pinches the individual hairs between two cotton strings and pulls them out of the hair follicle.

If you’re using Accutane, Retin-A’s, anti-aging products, or have recently received chemical peels and other skincare services, you should opt for a threading appointment. If you’re unsure which is right for you, the professionals at Esthetic Haus will happily walk you through which service is best suited for your needs.

Yes. We advise that you avoid overexposure to UV rays and exfoliation of the area for at least 24-48 hours. Our estheticians will walk you through proper aftercare instructions once you’ve received a waxing treatment.

A bikini wax is a basic wax, including your panty line and across the top. If you’re wearing a bikini, this will prevent any hairs from “peeking out.” A full bikini wax is the next step, allowing you to take as much or as little hair as you like off the front of your private area. Typically clients prefer to create a “landing strip,” triangle, or leave nothing left to the imagination. Finally, a Brazilian wax goes from the front all the way to the back with an added butt strip. This is perfect for a completely nude look, or you can leave a neat triangle on the front.

Facial FAQs

Because dermaplaning can remove about two to three weeks’ worth of dead skin cells, it’s important to allow the skin time to complete its normal cycle of approximately 28-45 days before repeating the treatment. With that said, we recommend receiving a dermaplaning treatment every four to five weeks.

Yes, absolutely! Dermplaning is a great way to prep the skin for a chemical peel. With the vellus hair gone, the chemical peel will be able to penetrate deeper into the skin, providing you with more noticeable results.

To learn more about our various facial treatments, visit our facial page.

Dermaplaning is great for diminishing acne scars but should not be performed during acne breakouts. Clients with active acne breakouts or cold sores should not be treated until the breakouts are healed. Additionally, those with bleeding disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, or undergoing cancer treatments should not receive a dermaplaning session.

No, that’s one of the benefits! The skin instantly has a healthier glow and feels amazingly soft. You’ll instantly notice that products can penetrate the skin faster and makeup glides on effortlessly. This is a great add-on service to any facial.

Chemical peels are ideal for all skin types, even clients with sensitive skin and rosacea. We’re able to customize the treatment to suit your needs and level of comfort.

Yes, if you haven’t received an Esthetic Haus Signature Facial in the past three months and we haven’t approved your current skincare regimen, you are not approved to book a chemical peel. Please schedule a signature facial before planning to receive a chemical peel.

Microchanneling FAQs

Microchanneling creates tiny perforations in the skin that initiate a natural healing response. These perforations cause a healing cascade that produces new collagen and elastin, resulting in firmer, healthier skin. We combine this with a high potency micro-channel delivery solution, cellular renewal serum, and healing accelerator specifically formulated to trigger the collagen-producing cells in your body to go into overdrive, creating permanent new healthy skin.

Hyaluronic acid and a combination of purified proteins designed to amplify rejuvenation. This product has been used safely and effectively for over a decade.

Microchanneling is a transformative technique that addresses a multitude of concerns, effectively enhancing the visual texture of your skin. This approach works wonders on diverse skin issues, including refining the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, stretch marks, hair loss, and even the complexities of rosacea.

You will typically begin to notice an improvement in the quality and appearance of your skin within the first 24 hours. After two to three treatments, a thicker, more robust collagen-filled cellular matrix will produce more consistent and noticeable results. Six or more treatments may be recommended for scarring, laxity, and wrinkles. For hair regrowth, some reactivation typically appears within the first two weeks, with noticeable improvement after about five weeks.

Microchanneling stimulates the body to release peptides, cytokines, and growth factors that induce collagen production. As you age, the stem cells that produce these vital proteins lose efficacy and decline in population, so microchanneling becomes less and less effective.

Because of premature aging, the microchannel delivery serum, the post-care cellular renewal serum, and the healing accelerator become more necessary to produce improvement. The solution and aftercare serums ensure the skin continuously receives potent, robust, pristine peptides, cytokines, and growth factors, even in between treatments. Think of it like diet and exercise—microchanneling without serums is like exercising without dieting.

Unfortunately, yes. At Esthetic Haus, we don’t recommend microchanneling for the following individuals:

  • Suffering from autoimmune diseases
  • Suffer from chronic inflammatory skin disease
  • Current receive radiation or chemotherapy
  • Are pregnant or nursing
  • Have uncontrolled diabetes
  • Allergic to stainless steel
  • Have hemophilia or similar bleeding disorder
  • Have had Accutane treatment within the past 2 years

Anything from minor redness to a deep red flush, which clears up in 4 to 72 hours.
